The item seemed perfectly fine at first, no issues at all. But once it broke, the warranty claim process was 100% more painful than it needed to be. I'm completely convinced I had to chase them multiple times just to get anywhere, and the replies felt like they were copied and pasted from a script. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole experience was definitely not great

I needed a replacement part for my Outsunny item, i was relieved they actually had it available. I know some people might expect it to be easier to find, but with a little searching I was able to locate the right part and place the order without much trouble. It saved me from having to buy a whole new item, so I’m definitely happy with how it worked out.

I was trying to grab two things. Nothing complicated. Found one, but the other one was out of stock. So yeah, a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just kind of hit or miss depending on what you need.

They took my order and then just cancelled it on me with barely any clear explanation. The refund did come through eventually, but the whole process was frustrating. I had to keep reaching out like I was begging them for basic answers, which left me feeling resentful about the whole experience.

I’ve had this chair for a bit now, and at first I really liked the way it looked. For short sits, like when I’m checking emails in the morning or sitting down for a quick break, it’s comfortable enough. But after an hour or so, the back support starts to feel a little awkward for me. It’s not a bad chair by any means, just more average than I was hoping for.

It was exactly as described, so no surprises there. I got what I thought I was getting, which is nice when that happens, honestly.
